Human Resource Analytics & Operations Analyst

**Job Description** Join a dynamic and collaborative Human Resources & Talent Acquisition (HR/TA) Operations team dedicated to supporting the Platforms & Services (P&S) Sector and driving impactful results. Responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of Human Resources systems and activities associated with employee information, data retrieval capabilities and reports. What You ll Do: + Produce quarterly business review charts for the P&S Sector Human Resources function + Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to meet sector HR/TA needs, including scheduled report outs and special requests + Represent the P&S sector on enterprise-wide analytics working group led by the Workforce Intelligence Center of Expertise (COE) + Ensure reporting process integrity through rigorous documentation, data quality, security, and compliance with COE led governance policies and practices + Support harmonization efforts by partnering with COE to decommission sector specific dashboards as enterprise solutions are operationally deployed + Work with our People and Culture lead to analyze employee survey data to identify employee engagement trends and opportunities across the employee lifecycle + Design, develop, and maintain HR/TA reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform business decisions and identify trends + Advise on key HR/TA metrics and benchmarks, leveraging external trends and addressing internal stakeholder needs + Lead an optimization effort of sector reporting processes reduce level of effort, improving efficiency and productivity + Provide training and support to enable end-users to effectively consume and utilize dashboards and reports + Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in reporting and data analysis Utilize a range of systems and tools, including BrassRing, PeopleSoft, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft 365 applications, to support reporting and analysis **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus 6 years of related work experience or equivalent years of experience. + A meticulous and methodical approach to working with data, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and implementation of checks and balances to ensure data quality and integrity. + High Level of proficiency in M365 Office Products, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI tools + Ability to compile, interpret and analyze HR and TA/Recruiting information/data, draw valid conclusions and project consequences of decisions and recommendations, identify challenges or problems, and develop strategies to work towards solutions. + Organizational skills, outstanding time management, independent judgment, and exceptional attention to detail. + Solid customer orientation and commitment to ensuring data integrity. + Experience handling sensitive data and the ability to maintain confidentiality. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with full life cycle recruiting and utilizing an Applicant Tracking System. + Demonstrated consulting skills and the ability to collaborate and work with a team. + Possess initiative and drive with a strong desire to continuously improve and streamline processes. + Experience with BrassRing Kenexa, SharePoint and Tableau + Experience with MS Power Automate. + Experience with Dataiku (a new tool we are beginning to use) **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
