$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | 3x12s | No Rotating Shifts | Full-Time

Pay Range: $42–$65/hour (DOE)
Shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, trauma-informed nursing care across behavioral health and detox units

• Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and support crisis stabilization

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and peer supports to coordinate care

• Document and track patient progress with accuracy and clinical detail

• Provide education and connect individuals to recovery and community resources

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Active RN license in Arizona or Compact eligibility

• Ability to commit to a fixed day or night schedule

• Interest or experience in behavioral health, crisis care, or detox services

• Open to both experienced RNs and new graduates eager to learn

Compensation and Differentials

• Base: $42–$52/hour (DOE)

• Weeknight differential: +10%

• Weekend day differential: +15%

• Weekend night differential: +30%
