- Your roadsurfer Station - Location Management: You will autonomously lead and establish the operations of the station, collaborating closely with headquarters to manage day-to-day activities on-site.
- Process Optimization: You will effectively implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and preparation).
- Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations: You will maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing optimization.
- Team Leadership: As a Team Leader, you will motivate and guide your team on-site. This includes onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.
- Recruiting: You will be responsible for building your team and sourcing suitable talents for your station.
- Fleet Management: You will consistently oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
- Customer Service: You advise customers on our campers and provide a friendly check in & check out process. And send them out as happy roadsurfers to surf the roads of the USA.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or similar is desired.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, hospitality or similar.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of OSHA, Microsoft Office and wage & hour labor laws.
- Experience in leading and building high performance teams.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Resilient problem-solving abilities and highly organized.
- Availability to work onsite with open availability including weekends.
- Candidates must have a clear and maintain a motor vehicle record and successfully pass a background check.
- Must be able to complete OSHA certifications within 90 days of hire.
- Open availability for weekends and holidays as business needs dictate
- Due to insurance requirements, must be 21 years of age or older.
