  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer clients expert advice and insights.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license in the state of Arizona.
  • Proven track record of successful real estate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using real estate technology tools and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
