We are looking to hire a superstar to assist in all email, phone, and social media customer service efforts for our growing customer base.

You will be working with Steve Trang and will be a key member of our exceptional customer and client support team. You are qualified for this position if you have experience. . .

-Problem-solving a wide variety of technical and logistical questions efficiently.
-Foreseeing potential breakage points (and solutions) for pro-active customer care.
-Utilizing your wicked-awesome persuasion and marketing skills in everyday communication.
-Managing many projects at once with speed, efficiency and poise.
-"Thinking on your feet," are well-organized and results-driven.

-Proficient skills in Excel and/or Google Docs.
-Experience using a CRM

Must be consistently available each of the 5 days during the week, Monday-Friday.
