As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project managers in planning, organizing, and overseeing various projects, ultimately enhancing our operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in the planning and implementation of projects
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion
- Maintain project documentation, including updates to project plans and schedules
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables
- Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or front office role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
