Virtual Leisure Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

Design customized leisure travel itineraries tailored to each clients preferences and budget

Research destinations, accommodations, flights, and experiences using approved booking platforms

Provide knowledgeable recommendations and clear travel guidance

Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Manage booking updates, changes, and client requests with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain organized client profiles and detailed reservation records

Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development sessions
