Job Summary:

The Branded Bills Production Specialist is a hands-on and vital member of our expanding

Key Responsibilities:

● Production Operations:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products on the production line.
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality

● Quality Control:

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report any discrepancies or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Verify Accuracy of the product to ensure accountability for all units.

● Material Handling:

• Load raw materials into machines and move finished products to designated areas.
• Maintain proper inventory levels on the production line.

● Documentation and Reporting:

• Record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.
• Communicate progress and issues to team leaders or supervisors.

● Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to prevent accidents.

● Equipment Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance or cleaning on production equipment.
• Notify the maintenance team of any issues requiring repairs
• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Ability to operate or learn to use production machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Working Conditions:

• Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• The working environment includes exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse noise.
