Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary: Desert Toyota of Tucson is seeking a professional and highly motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and exciting world of automotive sales. Located in Tucson, Arizona, this position offers a great opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to determine their needs and preferences
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
• Work with sales management to negotiate and close sales deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to upsell and add-on products and services
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Prior sales experience preferred, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and tools
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
