The Role

We’re hiring an in-office Commercial Account Manager to help manage our growing book of business. You’ll work directly with clients and insurance partners to handle bond requests, renewals, and day-to-day account activity. This is a hands-on role with clear systems, training, and support. You’ll have a voice on our team and the opportunity to grow into larger responsibilities as you learn the business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial bond clients.
• Handle renewals, payments, and bond documentation.
• Communicate quickly with clients, underwriters, and internal team members to solve problems.
• Keep client records and details accurate and up to date.
• Learn surety operations from the ground up with direct mentorship and on-the-job training.

You don’t need to know surety bonds yet... We’ll teach you. What matters most is that you’re teachable, organized, reliable, and take pride in your work.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in insurance, finance, or client service (not required).
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
