In this role as a Perioperative Nurse Manager, you’ll help guide a high-acuity surgery service spanning 16 ORs designed for complex cases and fast, coordinated turnarounds. The unit supports a diverse case mix—from orthopedics, neuro, and cardiovascular to general, ENT, and minimally invasive procedures —supported by modern equipment and streamlined workflows. Strong anesthesia partnerships, specialized SPD support and efficient pre-op/PACU pathways help you keep rooms humming and surgeons satisfied. You’ll lead with a focus on safety, throughput, and surgical readiness to deliver an exceptional patient and surgeon experience.

Reporting directly to the Director of Surgical Services , the OR Nurse Supervisor will enjoy a collaborative structure with dedicated educators, experienced charge RNs and seasoned coordinators across 75 FTE's . You’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation while mentoring a friendly, high-performing team of nurses and allied professionals. Expect strong support from materials management, informatics, and perioperative business operations to hit quality, experience and financial targets.
