Inside Sales Consultant
Kforce has a client in Tucson, AZ that is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant. Responsibilities:
- Consult with small business prospects contacting QuickBooks
- Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's small business operations, needs, challenges and goals
- Recommend the right solutions based on need across the QB ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition
- Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach
- Champion the Intuit Brand of being Real, Smart, Honest, Committed and Spirited
- Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics
- Partner with FLLs to ensure participation and engagement of the sales teams supported
- Proven track record of performance against Sales goals
- Articulates off premise (cloud/hosted) value proposition through use of analogies/story telling
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of sales levers, metrics, performance standards and sales methodology
- Leverages relevant/tailored data and industry insights in all phases of sales process to advance the sale
- Effortlessly speaks to the importance of modernizing / automating most critical business processes
- Understands and articulates how online solutions, automation, and AI solutions improve business effectiveness (profit, efficiency, accuracy)
- Fluent in communicating and demonstrating how online/Saas solutions translate to meeting biz objectives
- Product and Service based industry acumen is a must
