Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled , detail-driven Staff Accountant to join our dynamic and growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations – from maintaining records and preparing reports to supporting day-to-day accounting functions.
This is a full-time on-site position in our North Scottsdale office (DC Ranch), where you’ll collaborate closely with our team in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, collections, disbursements, reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain financial records through journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, resolve variances, and maintain financial integrity.
- Assist in budget and forecast planning by compiling financial data, analyzing variances, and supporting management in developing accurate projections.
- Assist with payroll processing as needed.
- You are willing to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent education or relevant professional experience may also be considered.
- Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience, with demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting practices.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles, with the ability to apply standards accurately in day-to-day financial operations.
- Proficient in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks, with the ability to manage transactions, reporting, and reconciliations efficiently.
- Comfortable using Salesforce CRM software to manage data, track customer interactions, and support business operations.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency in financial and operational tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal team and clients.
