Telephonic Bilingual CSR
Job Description
NGL Transportation is seeking a Telephonic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have excellent communication skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues regarding transportation services
- Provide accurate information to customers and address any complaints or feedback
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Update customer records accurately in the database
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Proficient computer skills and data entry accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Experience working in a transportation or logistics company is a plus
- Experience handling customer inquiries over the phone
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
