The Customer Service Associate is responsible for managing supplies, shipping needs, and general support ensure smooth operations across all labs and team members.
- Assist in all tasks performed by “Order Management and Customer Liaison”
- Assist manager in creating quote and QC forms.
- Create and send shipping labels for incoming and outgoing orders.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and Encore merchandise (Pens, Notepads, non-repair tags, etc.).
- Manage ordering necessary supplies for new hires (scrubs, business cards, etc.)
- Book travel arrangements for all employees
- Order and restock drinks, snacks, and supplies for the office and power lab.
- Create CEU certificates.
- Assist with completing onboarding forms for new customers.
Qualifications & Education
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or business support (internships or co-op experience acceptable).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Interest in medical devices, healthcare services, or the sales process.
