AdValue Photonics is a rapidly growing high-tech company seeking a Laser Manufacturing Technician to assemble, align, and test high-power fiber laser systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a precision-driven environment and enjoys working with advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform fiber cleaving, splicing, and alignment
• Assemble and test fiber amplifier modules
• Operate and test high-power laser systems (visible & infrared)
• Conduct quality control inspections on components and assemblies
• Record and analyze performance data
• Complete manufacturing and production documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Communicate production status and issues to supervisors
• Collaborate with engineering to improve processes and designs

Qualifications

• Experience with fiber optics, optics, or precision assembly preferred
• Ability to handle small, sensitive, high-value components
• Familiarity with laser measurement tools or technical equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
• Basic computer skills ( Windows, Microsoft Office )
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred Experience

• Fiber optic splicing or laser system testing
• Optical component handling and cleaning
• Manufacturing or technical production environment
