Medical Scribe Account Manager

HealthScribe, a provider of medical scribe services, is seeking a Medical Scribe Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with healthcare providers to ensure the success of our scribe programs. As the Medical Scribe Account Manager, you will be a strategic partner for our clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and tailor our program accordingly. You will manage the implementation of scribe programs, oversee scribe teams, and ensure that our services are exceeding client expectations. Together with our recruiting team, you will identify potential candidates and ensure that new recruits are effectively onboarded and trained. You will also work closely with our operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of scribe services.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a track record of success in sales or account management. You should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with healthcare providers to ensure the success of scribe programs
• Oversee scribe teams and ensure that our services are exceeding client expectations
• Collaborate with recruiting team to identify potential candidates and ensure successful onboarding and training
• Work closely with operations team to deliver scribe services effectively and efficiently
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow HealthScribe's business
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Serve as a subject matter expert on scribe services and tell the HealthScribe story to potential clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or related field
• 1 - 2 years of scribing experience and/or training of Scribes
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare operations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to travel as needed to support client relationships and business growth
