Job Summary

Nikao Performance and Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing mobile home health practice in Central Phoenix. This role offers flexible scheduling, 1:1 patient care, competitive per-visit pay, and excellent work-life balance.

Position Details

• Employment Type: PRN

• Setting: Mobile home visits (private practice)

• Minimum Commitment: 6 patient visits per week

• Visit Length: 40 minutes per visit

• Patient Care Model: 1:1 treatment

Compensation & Benefits

• $80–$85 per visit

• Mileage reimbursement up to $500 per month ($6,000 annually)

Job Requirements

• Eligible for Arizona Physical Therapist licensure

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience

• At least 2,000 hours of patient care experience required

• Ability to complete a minimum of 6 visits per week

• Dry Needling certification preferred (not required)

• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
