About You:

• You are comfortable working in a chef-driven, professional kitchen where high standards, precision, organization, and teamwork are part of the everyday experience.
• You take pride in your work and understand that thoughtful preparation and attention to detail make a meaningful difference in every guest’s experience.
• You communicate clearly, work well as part of a team, and can effectively read and follow recipes, instructions, and kitchen procedures.
• You are committed to maintaining exceptional standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
• You are able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday, including lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is strongly preferred. We are also open to motivated candidates with a solid culinary foundation, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to develop their skills in a chef-driven kitchen.

About the Job:

• Prepare and cook thoughtfully crafted menu items according to our recipes, quality standards, and presentation expectations.
• Approach each dish with care and consistency, ensuring every plate reflects the elevated dining experience we strive to provide.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout each shift.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, rotation, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with inventory by rotating products, monitoring supplies, and communicating low-stock items to management.
• Work closely with chefs and fellow team members to support smooth kitchen operations and timely, well-executed service.
• Contribute to a professional, respectful, and collaborative kitchen environment where the team takes pride in creating memorable food and hospitality.
