About the Role:
As a Home Health Aide , you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily personal care activities, light housekeeping, and providing companionship and support. You will also engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others and are committed to providing exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily personal care activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
• Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Finger check clearance card
• Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively
• Ability to assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity
• Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families
• Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine desire to help others
