Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for family law? Join Equivity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents, including letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
- Manage and maintain case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally.
- Assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and managing calendars.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and case management.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in family law, with expertise in drafting legal documents and managing case files.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and legal research tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Work remotely with your own laptop and smartphone with broadband internet access.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of recent paralegal experience in family law.
- Availability to respond to requests within an hour, 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday – Friday.
