As a Retention Expert, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring our customers continue to feel valued, supported, and cared for. You’ll be empowered to make decisions that directly impact your career growth and the company’s success. Your first few months will include thorough training to help you become a retention “rock star.” All positions involve speaking with customers over the phone. What You’ll Do Customer Retention & Support ? Assist customers looking to make changes to their service agreements. ?
