Your Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement therapy interventions to improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Help patients adapt daily tasks to maximize safety, ease, and confidence.

• Enhance fine motor skills, coordination, and cognitive function.

• Provide strategies to manage emotional and behavioral challenges related to recovery.

• Educate and support caregivers and family members on therapy techniques.

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, compliant records.

What You Need:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the State of Arizona.

• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to travel locally for home visits.
