Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)
Compensation: $227K - $275K per year
Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, outpatient-focused; on-call rotation as applicable
A community-based healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join an integrated, multidisciplinary care team. This role offers a balance of direct patient care and clinical leadership within a mission-driven outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient environment
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across acute and chronic conditions
- Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical support staff, as applicable
- Participate in shared call coverage and after-hours consultation per organizational policy
- Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, and patient education
- Support community outreach, training, and education efforts as needed

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing with accepted health plans
- BLS certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience in a community-based or group practice setting preferred
