Clinical Research Coordinator

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator required.
• Hands-on phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience working directly with patients in a clinical or research setting.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Phase I, II, or proof-of-concept clinical trials.
• Therapeutic area experience is flexible; candidates from any therapeutic background are encouraged to apply.
• CCRC, CCRP, Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day conduct of Phase Ib/IIa proof-of-concept clinical trials.
• Collaborate closely with Investigators, Sub-Investigators, nurses, and project managers to ensure successful study execution.
• Screen, consent, enroll, and schedule study participants according to protocol requirements.
• Perform and assist with phlebotomy procedures and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate source documentation, regulatory files, and case report forms (CRFs).
• Assist with study start-up activities, regulatory submissions, and site maintenance.
• Manage study supplies, laboratory kits, specimen processing, handling, and shipping.
• Track patient recruitment, retention, and study metrics.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and FDA regulations.

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
