Warehouse Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Ensure the line is properly staffed and ready for the workday, including temporary associates (attendance).
• Tasks include planning/organizing work; training associates; assigning and directing work; in partnership with the Supervisor or Manager, where possible address issues as they arise and resolve problems.
• Assist the Supervisor and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements
• Assist the Supervisor and other Staff to ensure compliance with all company rules, policies and guidelines.
• Assure the safety and security of associates and inventory
• Coordinate with other teams and departments on processes and procedures
• Monitor associates’ production standards and partner with Supervisor to ensure customer compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies and guidelines are met.
• Perform order fulfillment duties; reviewing and prioritizing available orders, determine

Warehouse Lead Qualifications:

• 1-3 years Distribution/Warehouse experience in a fast paced warehouse environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptability. Computer literate.
• Must be able to work overtime, on holidays and weekends.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Outstanding work record in the areas of safety and attendance
