The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and supporting month-end close processes. Also, this role performs data analysis, account reconciliations, and collaborates across departments to ensure financial integrity and support decision-making.

• Prepare and analyze management reports and key performance metrics.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP accounting standards.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and scalability as the company grows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by providing historical data and variance analysis.
• Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency working with an ERP (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

Compensation Range

$85,000—$100,000 USD
