Lead Triage and Salesforce Operations Specialist

- Triage, validate, and manage a significantly increased volume of inbound leads (now ~90% through Salesforce, previously ~50%).
- Ensure accurate and equitable lead distribution to all agents.
- Utilize Salesforce extensively to review, track, and assign leads.
- Analyze pipeline and lead data to produce actionable insights and feedback for leadership.
- Maintain and update lead documentation, dashboards, and tracking tools.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand lead flow changes and ensure smooth processes.
- Identify data inconsistencies and work cross‑functionally to resolve issues.
- Prepare supporting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint as needed.
- Operate effectively in a fast‑paced sales environment with shifting strategies and priorities.
