Speech Language Pathologist - School SLP
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience to join a supportive pediatrict outpatient clinic in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your clinical expertise while helping children strengthen their communication skills and build confidence. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse pediatric population presenting with speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and feeding challenges. You will design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on functional communication and measurable progress. Collaboration with families and caregivers will be essential to ensure carryover beyond therapy sessions and long-term success. Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and feeding or swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and adjust interventions based on patient progress, clinical data, and functional outcomes
• Educate and partner with families and caregivers, providing practical strategies and home programming to support carryover between therapy sessions
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies
Requirements
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6 months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 years
