Schedule/Hours:

• Weekly orientation on Mondays (except holiday weeks)
• No dual assignments permitted during this contract
• Minimum 13-week contract required

Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, current in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of recent core Emergency Department experience
• Prior Level I Trauma and teaching hospital experience required
• Cerner EMR proficiency essential
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Must pass Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam (2 attempts maximum)
• No facial piercings; only natural hair colors permitted
• Onboarding must be complete by 1pm CST Wednesday before start
• Must not have been perm staff at this health system in the last 12 months

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including participation in education with nursing students
• Document efficiently and accurately using Cerner
• Respond efficiently in emergency situations
• Support a teaching and learning environment through mentorship
