Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role . Compensation is commission-based , tied directly to performance.

There are three possible ways to earn:

1. Active income from helping clients

2. Passive income from ongoing client relationships

3. Leadership overrides as you grow and mentor others

There is no base salary , and income is not guaranteed — but effort is rewarded with real upward potential. We discuss what’s possible financially in our interviews, however, there is no cap on income whatsoever.

• Ability to pass a background check
  

• Access to a phone, computer, and stable internet
