Your New Role

As a Project Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll be the backbone of project operations, ensuring deadlines, documents, and details align perfectly. You’ll work side-by-side with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep commercial construction projects moving forward.

• Process and track invoices, subcontracts, and compliance documents

• Support project setup using tools like Procore and Sage

• Handle permits, project signage, and equipment orders

• Track subcontractor change orders and prepare requests/agreements

• Assist in project closeouts with final documents and reports

• Maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders

• Keep the project team updated on subcontract scopes and potential challenges

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or related field

• Knowledge of commercial construction and general contracting

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication (oral and written)

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Critical thinking and decision-making ability

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

• Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Sage, and Procore
