Crew Leader Essential Functions:
Interacts with crew members and customers using with energy and creating a positive atmosphere.
Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customers.
Has knowledge and proficiency in each position within the cafe.
Has successfully completed the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Programs.
Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards.
Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld.
Uses tools ( including MyInventory) to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.
