We are a family-first, fun, growing HOA law firm looking for an outstanding Legal Assistant. Meet us and see why we are one of the fastest growing HOA law firms in Arizona. Our growing legal office is looking for a Legal Assistant to help with the following tasks:

Responsibilities May Include:

• Process incoming/outgoing mail
• Process incoming/outgoing court runner documents
• Review, save and forward messages from general voicemail box
• Communicate with debtors regarding delinquencies
• Scan/save documents to electronic files
• Open new accounts
• Update electronic files, contacts, matter information
• Greet guests/visitors
• Assist paralegals with collections efforts
• Other general office duties as assigned by supervisor

Necessary Skills:

• Computer/Internet savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly and thoroughly
• Detail-oriented with an ability to proofread own work
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Outstanding time-management
• Exemplary ability to multitask
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
• Legal or Collections experience preferred

The right candidate will have previous office experience, preferably in a law office or collections capacity, a positive, upbeat yet professional attitude, and the ability to work independently yet cohesively within our work family.

Job Type: Full time. In person.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour (DOE)
