Responsibilities:

* Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.

* Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties to identify pest, termite, and other related issues.

* Develop and present customized solutions and proposals.

* Close sales and achieve revenue targets.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent (Required).

* Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).

* Proven sales experience (preferred, but not required for the right candidate).

* Experience in home inspections, pest control, or a related field is a major plus.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.
