Key Responsibilities:

As an Armed Security Guard at Charlie Mike Protective Services, you will:

• Conduct security patrols to maintain a safe environment.
• Handle crowd control with finesse and professionalism.
• Enforce access control and ensure premises' security.
• Accurately document incidents and maintain detailed records.
• Handle firearms responsibly, following all safety protocols.
• Deliver top-notch customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

• A valid Arizona Unarmed guard license.
• A valid Arizona Armed guard license.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or law enforcement training is a plus).
• 4 years of experience in armed security, military combat, military police, or law enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
• Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
