About Envita Interventional Radiology

Envita is a rapidly evolving integrative oncology organization where physicians collaborate across disciplines to help patients who may arrive after exhausting conventional treatment options. The environment brings together precision medicine, advanced interventional oncology, leading-edge technologies, sophisticated procedural equipment, and patient-centered care in a model that values physician judgment, compassion, collaboration, and measurable impact.

This is not a traditional hospital-based IR opportunity. It is designed for a physician who wants to combine procedural excellence with meaningful influence over treatment planning and clinical innovation, while practicing with access to advanced technologies, equipment, and evolving interventional approaches in a highly collaborative oncology-focused environment.

Why This Role Exists

Envita is expanding its interventional capabilities and needs an experienced Interventional Radiologist who can deliver excellent procedural care while helping strengthen the clinical systems, collaboration, and scalable workflows required for continued growth. The physician will be a key contributor to advanced treatment planning and to the ongoing evolution of the interventional oncology platform.

The Opportunity

The Interventional Radiologist will perform advanced outpatient procedures, participate in patient-specific treatment planning, communicate directly with patients and families, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams. The role offers the opportunity to practice high-level interventional medicine using advanced technology and equipment while helping evaluate and introduce emerging therapies and procedures that may expand options for complex oncology patients.

The Physician Opportunity

This role is intentionally designed around what experienced interventional physicians value most: the ability to practice excellent medicine, work with advanced capabilities, collaborate with other experts, and make a meaningful difference for patients facing complex disease.

• Use leading-edge interventional technology, equipment, and procedural approaches in a precision-oncology environment.

• Maintain meaningful physician autonomy while collaborating closely on complex, patient-specific treatment strategies.

• Help shape the adoption of emerging procedures and technologies as Envita continues to expand its interventional capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

Perform advanced interventional oncology procedures in an outpatient setting.

Collaborate with oncology physicians on patient-specific treatment planning and procedural strategy.

Conduct patient consultations, treatment discussions, and informed-consent conversations.

Maintain strong patient communication, trust, and continuity throughout the procedural care experience.

Coordinate effectively with advanced practice providers, nursing, imaging, laboratory, genetics, and other clinical teams.

Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.

Participate in quality, workflow, and patient-experience improvement initiatives.

• Help evaluate and incorporate leading-edge interventional technologies, advanced equipment, emerging procedures, and therapies where clinically appropriate.

• Contribute physician insight to the continued evolution of Envita’s interventional oncology program.

Advanced Procedures Include

TACE • Cryoablation • RF Ablation • PEF • Embolization • Biopsies • Kyphoplasty

Ideal Experience & Background

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology.

Minimum 5 years of Interventional Radiology experience preferred.

Strong interest or experience in oncology-focused interventions.

Excellent bedside manner and ability to communicate complex treatment information with clarity and empathy.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Interest in innovation, research, emerging technologies, and advancing procedural medicine.

Commitment to clinical excellence, accountability, patient outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Culture & Leadership Attributes

The strongest fit will be a physician who combines clinical confidence with humility, curiosity, compassion, integrity, and a collaborative mindset. Envita values physicians who are accountable for outcomes, open to new ideas, comfortable working across disciplines, and motivated by the opportunity to help patients access additional treatment options.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

$550,000-$700,000

Bonus Potential

Up to $900,000

Company-paid malpractice insurance.

Comprehensive benefits package.

Monday-Friday outpatient schedule with no call, nights, or weekends.
