We’re looking for driven individuals who are eager to break into the mortgage industry. If you have no prior experience, this is the role for you because we provide comprehensive training and mentorship from top-producing Mortgage Bankers. With warm leads already generated, your job is to close the deal and help clients secure the financing they need.

• Train directly under high-performing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Learn proven sales tactics through hands-on coaching
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from warm leads
• Master our CRM and loan origination systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in team sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
• Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment that rewards effort and results

• No mortgage experience required — we’ll train you!
• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, military, or commission-based roles
• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, or customer service is a plus
• Outgoing, competitive, and naturally good with people
• Strong communicator — on the phone, in writing, and in person
• Motivated by money, growth, and performance
• Thrives in fast-paced environment, goal-driven environments
• Self-starter who takes initiative after training
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Wants to win — not just work

• Expected income in 1 year is: $85-125K
