We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant! You will provide high-level administrative support for the Founder/owner. The role is remote but should be in the Scottsdale greater phoenix area as that is where the founder lives
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs of Executive
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Plan travel details
- Manage calendar
- Manage client interactions
- Manage delicate and highly confidential information
- Drive projects
- Interact with clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant,
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written skills
- Coachable
- Excellent at Microsoft office
- Responsive
- Take initiative
- Professional pressence
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
