THE ROLE: HIGH-TRUST RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to serve as a critical direct care partner. This role requires unwavering empathy, diligence, and accountability to ensure the safety and progress of our residents.

Key Responsibilities (Direct Care & Clinical Support)

• Client Wellness: Facilitate and monitor group sessions and therapeutic recreation activities as part of the resident's treatment plan.
• Medication Administration: Assist with medication preparation and monitoring (precise documentation and attention to detail are necessary).
• Daily Living Support: Assist with essential life skills, including meal preparation and promoting personal goal achievement (stress management, anger control, social skills).
• Client Mobility: Safely transport clients to and from off-site services and appointments per their individual treatment plan.
• Continuous Monitoring: Provide continuous observation of the residence and activities to ensure resident safety and adherence to house rules and treatment goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

• Experience: Previous experience as a BHT, Caregiver, or in a 24/7 residential setting is highly preferred.
• Character: A deep personal commitment to empowering independence, respecting members' abilities, and providing non-judgmental care.
• Compliance: Must be reliable and dedicated to precise documentation and protocol adherence.
• Driving: Valid Driver's License required for client transportation duties.
