We are a small Construction Company that is seeking an Office Manger, here is a short list of the skill sets we are looking for.
- QuickBooks
- AP/AR
- Reconcile
- Close out end of month, interface with CPA
- ADP Payroll
- New Hires
- Export to QuickBooks and reconcile
- Build Project Binders and close out Binders.
- Send out RFQ's to subcontractors
- Keep Subcontractor insurance information binder up to date
