Position Overview:
As a Quality Coordinator , you will ensure that products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process; also, ensuring that specific quality standards through inspections, testing, and collaboration with production teams. This role involves both office work and hands-on inspections on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Testing and Analysis: Perform tests on raw materials and finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and report findings to relevant departments to facilitate improvements in production processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities to ensure traceability and compliance with industry regulations.
- Training: Provide training to production staff on quality standards and best practices to enhance overall product quality.
About You:
To be a success in this role, we are looking for someone with 2-3 years of previous experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Skillsets and competencies we are looking for include:
- Education: A high school diploma, bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
- A demonstrated eye for detail and accuracy - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools is also beneficial.
- Language Requirement: English required; Korean language skills highly desirable
❇ It would be beneficial (but not essential) if you also have:
- Experience in a battery, automotive, or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
