Spa Front Desk Agent - Part-time
- Welcome with Intention:Greet guests with presence and professionalism, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
- Support the Guest Journey:Schedule spa treatments and wellness services with accuracy and care, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Facilitate Transactions:Process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash with attention to detail and integrity.
- Offer Thoughtful Guidance:Recommend spa treatments and retail products based on guest needs and preferences, promoting holistic wellbeing.
- Maintain Tranquility:Ensure locker rooms and common areas are clean, stocked, and sanitized throughout the day.
- Collaborate Mindfully:Work closely with spa therapists, attendants, and other departments to support guest needs and operational flow.
- Stay Present:Remain calm and empathetic when assisting guests with questions or concerns, always responding with kindness and clarity.

- You are logical, empathetic, and kind, with a natural ability to make others feel comfortable and supported.
- You are comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, and able to lift, pull, push, or drag moderate weight.
- You have a strong sense of teamwork, and are self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
- You are flexible and adaptable, able to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- You are at least 18 years of age, and ideally have experience in spa reception within a resort or hotel setting.
