Nightlife Security - Bouncer at North Phoenix Night Club

Join us as a Nightlife Security Bouncer at Lookout Tavern, where we prioritize safety and hospitality! We are looking for a motivated individual who is friendly, approachable, and capable of maintaining a safe environment for our guests and staff.

Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests as they arrive, checking IDs to ensure all patrons are of legal drinking age, and monitoring the premises for any potential issues. You will be expected to handle intoxicated guests with care and professionalism, enforcing club policies while providing exceptional customer service.

• Shift Availability: Primarily working Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm - 2am
• Possible additional shifts during busy events.
• PAID WEEKLY

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
• Check IDs for age verification.
• Manage entry for intoxicated individuals and assist staff with unruly patrons.
• Monitor crowd behavior and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• De-escalate conflicts and remove disruptive individuals when necessary.
• Ensure a safe environment for both patrons and staff.
• Maintain logs of security incidents during shifts.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a security or bouncer role.
• Certification or training in security practices preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and calmness.
