Rates: Per Visit - $95-$120
Hours: Part-time, PRN
Locations: West Valley
Specialty : Home Health, Geriatrics
Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Requirements:
- State registered OT license required (AZ)
- 1-year of experience in-home care
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to travel to multiple patients per day
- Preferred knowledge of Homecare Home base Software
- COVID 19 Vaccination Preferred
