Leverage competitive insights to design programs that optimize last-mile logistics and foster innovation. Leverage Data to Optimize Performance Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Develop insights that drive operational efficiency, ROI, and overall customer growth.
Use client feedback to guide product and service enhancements, ensuring continuous alignment with market demands. Design & Implement Tailored Solutions Present customized solutions that align with client goals and strategic initiatives.
Act as a change agent, helping clients achieve operational excellence and competitive differentiation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of tailored solutions. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting within supply chain, logistics, or SaaS sectors.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with proven success in managing high-value client relationships.
Preferred: Experience in an embedded on-site role, working closely with clients to provide direct support and insights.
