This position reports directly to the Production Manager

• Adhere to daily and weekly scheduling
• Ensure all Materials are manufactured according to client specifications
• Maintain control and discipline over subordinates
• Ensure all personnel have and use their personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any unsafe acts or conditions
• Stop any process that does not meet customer specification
• Ensure all personnel under supervision are properly trained
• Prepare a checklist to ensure the area has everything needed for personnel to work the following day without issues
• Maintain an understanding of the products currently in production
• Enforce the internal work regulations
• Be able to lead and make decisions in the absence of the manager.
