If you have a minimum of one year of experience, we would like to meet you! This position is responsible for inspecting all of our pre-owned vehicle for functionality and safety with the ability to make minor repairs and perform the necessary maintenance to ensure that the vehicle meets the Findlay standard! Starting pay begins at $23 per hour (flat rate), and we offer a clear, structured path for career advancement—from entry-level to Toyota Master Certified Technician. • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Used Vehicle Manager by providing an estimate of time needed for needed maintenance and repairs
