Direct hire opening in beautiful Tempe Town Lakes high rise building, high level floor
- Take inbound calls and engage in consultative conversations with small business clients. Help them get the tools needed to solve their issues.
- Partner with internal and external teams to help your customer
- Take 40-50 calls per day, convert shoppers into buyers by scheduling in-person visits from your teammates in the outside sales department
- Deliver high quality customer service at all times

- Monday - Friday hours, will mostly likely work the 9AM to 6PM, but you may be asked to work a later shift.
- Hybrid schedules are available after four months of solid performance.
- Pay is $45,760 to $59,000 - depending on success in role
Requirements:
- 1 year of sales experience, strong sales acumen
- Ability to have good conversations with customers, and discover their challenges
- CRM and SAAS experience is a plus
- Accounting or tax software experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer and typing skills
