Job Details We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Rep to join our HVAC team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven record in commercial HVAC sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and construction. If you have a knack for outside sales and a passion for fostering long-term client relationships, we would like to hear from you! Responsibilities Responsibilities will include: 1. Developing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts in the HVAC sector within the construction industry.2. Conducting business development initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities.
3. Managing the sales territory effectively to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Establishing, negotiating, and executing service contracts and agreements with clients.
5. Coordinating with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of HVAC and plumbing services.
6. Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
8. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and boost company revenue.
9. Conducting regular account reviews to track clients' satisfaction and usage.
10. Creating and presenting reports on account status to senior management. Qualifications The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: 1. Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred OR 5 years minimum in Commercial HVAC Project Work.
2. Proven track record in business development and territory management.
